Tone / Noise Generator
Create simple reference/test signals locally and export 16-bit PCM WAV.
Uses
Sine tones are useful for simple signal-path checks; square/triangle/sawtooth waves expose different harmonic structures. White and pink noise can support basic listening, routing and test workflows.
Hearing-safety note
Test tones can be uncomfortable or damaging when played loudly. Start with your playback volume low and use conservative generated levels. MesraTools defaults to −12 dBFS and does not provide a safe-SPL guarantee because actual sound pressure depends on your amplifier, headphones/speakers and environment.
Technical scope
Generated waveforms are mathematical utility signals. Pink noise uses a lightweight filtered-noise approximation. Stereo output duplicates the same signal in both channels; it is not spatial or decorrelated stereo.
Privacy & output
No source file is required and generation happens in the browser. Output is 16-bit PCM WAV.
